Die "Innere Mission Bremen" schreibt auf ihrer Interntseite hierzu:

Das Adelenstift befindet sich in Bremen-Lesum - einem Stadtteil in Bremen-Nord - in einem waldähnlichen Park. Es besteht aus einer sanierten Villa aus dem 19. Jahrhundert sowie einem 2004 gebauten Anbau.
