Belle Isle Cachers: Our good friend and partner as the Belle Isle cachers Brummelbear got to look down and over all the cachers that came out for these memorial caches to him for 3 years, the longest any of our caches stayed active. A get honor to a great guy, we sure miss you, Leo!!

Geocache Description:


CB is the short for Celebrate Brummelbear (4-7-1944 – 3-17-2018). Leo’s vision of events in Detroit and on Belle Isle live on in his memory.


Brummelbear’s BIMT – Anchors Away was placed for the 2008 Belle Isle “monument tour” event. The field puzzle matches the type Leo used 11 years ago but the final had to be moved.
