Belle Isle Cachers: Our good friend and partner as the Belle Isle cachers Brummelbear got to look down and over all the cachers that came out for these memorial caches to him for 3 years, the longest any of our caches stayed active. A get honor to a great guy, we sure miss you, Leo!!

Geocache Description:


CB is the short for Celebrate Brummelbear (4-7-1944 – 3-17-2018). Leo’s vision of events in Detroit and on Belle Isle live on in his memory.


Brummelbear’s B&R – Bus Stop was placed for the 2008 Belle Isle “monument tour” event. This was one of a couple multi caches Leo had on the island and he used B&R as bump and run. The cache was original a 2 stage but the final area does not have the hiding spot any longer so it is now a stage 2, then to a final that grew in size by 2.



You will need a mirror or selfie stick to find this cache.
