Geocache Description:

This series of caches will tell you about different community orchestras in the SF Bay Area. This is an especially rich area for amateur music. Each of these caches will also have a clue in it, the name of a composer. Collect all the composer names to get the coordinates for a bonus cache.

The 10th cache in the series highlights the Peninsula Symphony. Led by Music Director and Conductor Mitchell Sardou Klein, all of their orchestra members are classically trained musicians who have spent decades performing and perfecting their crafts. Many of them came from some of the most renowned conservatories and music schools around the world; some are reputable educators and performers in their own right. With a majority of PSO musicians working in a different professional field, they are one of the most diverse community orchestras in the United States.

They perform concerts in different venues up and down the Peninsula, but I chose this location because it comes full circle. The Peninsula Symphony performs their annual summer conert in this park in Los Altos. If you are looking for cache #1 in this series, TACO, it is in walking distance of this cache.

Congratulations to rragan on the FTF, his third for this series!
