THE BANK TREASURE

In 2010, a Belgian accountant bought a former bank to convert into an office for his accounting firm. There was an old safe in the building that he planned to sell for scrap. While dismantling it, he discovered 300,000 euros in it – over $400,000. When contacted, the bank claimed they were not missing any money and that the accountant could keep what he had found.
