The cache is located in the river bottoms, about 10 miles S of Marysvile. From Feather River Blvd, turn W on Country Club Road and drive over the levee. Be advised that the dirt roads in the area are full of pot holes and are muddy after a rain, and there is POISON OAK in the area. Also, be ready to crawl thru/under bushes for the last few yards to the site. The actual coordinates may be determined by solving the puzzle below.
- I used to go camping with my helpful friend, but he quit making kindling. I must say, it was a real circus trying to get the campfire started in March.
- I was thinking about jogging with my new neighbor, but then I found out that Jack only runs alone. I suspect that he saw me shuffling by in June and realized that I am too slow, a dorky runner.
- I was surprised to hear of George's divorce. I thought that George adored his Jennifer. I later heard that he met a girl in August named Julie.(+1)
- I was exposed to a new computer game by my kids. I learned that angry birds fear crashes. I had to stop playing, tho, and buy some hay bales for my cattle, as it is September and the pasture grass has dried up.(+1)
- My friend often skips lunch, but George cares about breakfast. I fondly remember an old geezer in October who cooked us a fine morning meal.
- I gathered all my TOTT, and my jacket with pockets, but found that's not how Xavier went caching. His daughter Cali clued me in before our September jaunt.
- George has a pleasant life style, and George has cute kids. I met them, Al and Don, in August.
- I caught my poker buddies cheating, so I am gambling at a new place...where casino employees deal correctly. With my winnings, I was able to spend a week at a nifty Dude ranch in September (add last 2 digits together)
- I checked everywhere, then I finally found a box fully camo'd. I am such a slow searcher in August, a real snail.
- I've never met anyone famous, but sociable George entertained Queen Victoria. He was with his Bruce friends on Thanksgiving
