Geocache Description:

At the end of 2007, forty four years after her death, the municipality of Tel-Aviv decided to name a street after Hela Tony, next to Jerusalem Boulevard. Hela Tony was a pioneer woman who immigrated to Israel alone. She never gave birth but had hundreds of children. In 1937 she established the "New High School" with Aharon Berman and managed it until her death in 1964 (see also this cache). Tony initiated teaching Arabic as second language, instead of French.
