Now to explain the name... In a nutshell, although where I live I am surrounded by golfers, I don't play golf. It's just not my thing. When living in Canberra I tried Pitch and Put, but it worked out to be more a game of Ditch and Rut.
If you come searching for this late at night, listen out for the Lions. If you come early in the morning, listen out for the Siamang Apes. I love waking to the sound of the Siamangs in the distance - you can hear them in many parts of Dubbo on a still quiet morning when they have need to make noise (usually zookeepers working very close by or feeding time).
