This is located on the beach at "oil Piers" There is a short walk along the beach.
Wow! Last winter's storms really threw a lot of debris on the shoreline. It is for this reason that I have upgraded the terrain listing from an easy 1.5 to a moderate 3. I went there today and checked on the cache. It is still there, along with a forest of storm debris. You can either walk along the beach at low tide, or you can try walking along the rocks to reach the cache.
