The cache is NOT located at the posted co-ordinates.  

 

In August/September 2018, Blackall celebrated 150 years! For 10 days, our town and district celebrated from dawn until way after dark...with Bush poetry, reunions, art show, bull ride, billy cart races, ram and bull sales and much much more!  What a week it was and for those 10 days, the drought was forgotten, put on the backburner for a short time. 

 

Cartoonist Sean Leahy created a mural “Beyond the Black Stump” and you’ll find it in Thistle Street, behind the state school. Mr Leahy was present at the unveiling and gave a very entertaining speech. 

 

But I digress...

 

This cache is located at S24 AB.CDE E145 FG.HIJ

 

Using the Sean Leahy artwork attached, calculate the co-ordinates and in turn, the location of the cache! 

 

A = number of koalas 🐨 in the bottle tree

 

B = number of tuning pegs on the guitar 🎸 

 

C = number of tyres directly in front of the spectators on the right

 

D = number of journalists 

 

E = total number of spectators near the Major Mitchell Memorial clock 🕰 

 

F = number of spectators sporting a beard

 

G = number of letters in the name of the town

 

H = number of Magpies

 

I = total number of letters in the name of the hotel - 3

 

J = number of chimneys on the Woolscour
