The trail is dead flat and completely paved. If you park in either of the suggested locations, it should be an easy 8 to 9 mile round trip by bicycle (of course you could always skate, walk, drive, etc.). If you're feeling studly, the trail goes for at least another 10 to 15 miles past the cache, and you can make a nice long ride out of it. Watch for historical markers along the way.
