This cache celebrates achieving 4000 cache finds in a year. BestActuary and Jatmo worked hard to achieve it this year while I succeeded a few years ago.
The container can be found along yet Another Random Trail we noticed while caching in the area several weeks ago. The placement is an easy one, although it isn't very winter friendly. Just stick to the basics and the prize will be yours.
The start of this trail is on an old road and continues along a hydro corridor. The hydro corridor continues past the last cache published, but there is no trail in the allowance.
