Geocache Description:

Bottesford is a large village of over 3,500 inhabitants in the far north of Leicestershire. It shares borders with both Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. Bottesford translates from Anglo-Saxon as 'Ford belonging to the house'. Bottesford has always been associated with the Duke of Rutland who lives close by at Belvoir Castle.

Look at the plaque from Dr. Price and note the date at the bottom. This is AB February CDEF.
