As of the publishing of this puzzle I have put out 5 puzzles. I was a little bummed the first two don’t get found that often, being just tricky enough to scare some newer cachers off. So I’ve created this little series to let some finders without a ton of experience get acquainted with the ways of the Blue Question Mark.
Did you find the 3 other “Puzzle/Tribute” caches? If you did, then you’re ready to up the research just a bit and go and get this one. This is the Tribute part of the puzzles. First, figure out the cacher the answers represent. Then answer these few questions:

#3 First # in the year they joined Geocaching?= C
#4 The difference in the two digits in the 5th geocache they found?=D
