This is a series of geocaches hidden along a route that I walk regularly whilst watching and recording birds found in the area of Hemlington lake and woods.
Keep your eyes open and record in your log the birds that you see. On a good day in winter you can see over 30 different birds including ducks, swans, finches, thrushes and tits. You may be lucky enough to spot a woodpecker or a kingfisher.
You will need to be careful as there may be a lot of dog walkers and joggers at times. You will need a pen and tweezers. You will not need to destroy any plants in order to find the cache.
