The Art Barn (painting, pottery, all media) is a hidden gem perched on 69 acres in Jackson Township. This 100 year old barn became a school in the 70's. It is the site of the Art Blitz, the third full weekend of September.
The original cache container was a symbol of the language of self-expression called a Mudra used in Hindu and Buddhist teachings for healing purposes. This Mudra represents the place we come from, taking us back to our roots, inviting calmness and discovering the peace that resides in all of us. It was a ceramic hand....but got smashed to pieces by a bunch of kids. Present cache is not holding up to the weather. Enjoy the blessing this cache bestowes.
The cache is placed with permission of the property owners.
