I guess the developers couldn't be bothered to remove this dune 😹 Instead they turned it into an exercise park and playground with amazing 360° views. It looks like the park is designed for some high intensity exercise, so someone may be sprinting up the stairs or doing star-jumps while you're looking for the cache. There's a plaque at the top with some interesting information about the local dunes.
