Plaza de Glorieta
This square was designed by the palmerian architect and artist Luis Morera in the 1990s. Originally a square in the center of Los Llanos should be redesigned, but then the city council offered only the remote Plaza de Los Cuatro Caminos in Las Manchas. Morera needed from 1993 to 1996 to create the overall structure, even with the active cooperation of the neighborhood. The mosaics and sculptures of the square indicates largely the native indigenous fauna and flora. The flower sculptures are garden pottery for each shown type, so that here the art and nature complement each other.

Der Platz wurde von dem palmerischen Architekten und Künstler Luis Morera in den 1990er Jahren entworfen. Ursprünglich sollte ein Platz im Zentrum von Los Llanos umgestaltet werden, die Stadtverwaltung bot dann aber nur den abgelegenen Plaza de Los Cuatro Caminos in Las Manchas an. Morera brauchte trotz reger Mithilfe der Nachbarschaft von 1993 bis 1996, um das Gesamtbauwerk zu erstellen.Die Mosaike und Skulpturen des Platzes bilden großteils einheimische Fauna und Flora nach. Die Blumenplastiken sind Pflanzgefäße für die jeweils dargestellte Art, so dass Kunst und Natur sich auch hier ergänzen.
