When: 2 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 30.
Event: To celebrate winter we are going to have a trackable race. Rules to the race are below. You do not need to attend the event to participate in the event to join in the race. Please contact Auresquirrel if you would like to be in the race, but can't make the event.
Also: No purchase from the establishment is required to attend the event. Participation in the race is not required to attend the event.
Race rules:
1) The trackables need to winter themed.
2) All trackables need to be activated on/before 12/30/2018.
3) The trackable cannot have been placed or visited a cache or event prior to the event.
4) The trackable needs to be placed in a physical cache within 7 days (January 5, 2019 11:59 pm).
5) The trackable can't be handed/given to another cacher prior to being placed in a physical cache.
6) The race ends on March 20, 2019 at 5:58 PM Eastern, the Spring Equinox.
Note: tb-run.com has been shut down since the last time we organized a TB race. We are currently going to use the Geocaching website to track statistics. If we find another option prior to the event we will post a notification.
