Helix19: The guardrail project is finished, but the guardrail has been moved to about a car-width from the road. Hence, it is no longer possible to park a car off of the pavement AND safely open the doors. It would be possible to walk over from the park to hunt a cache here, but I fear that the small amount of room that does exist between the guardrail and the road would encourage people to do something unsafe.
