I am creating this virtual cache to call attention to this excellent public swimming pool and beautiful area.
At these coordinates stands the historic “Public River Swimming Area” in Medicine Park, Oklahoma. Medicine Park was a resort town in the early part of Oklahoma History, and now it is a quaint and scenic spot for remembering. My parents, in their younger years, visited this "hot spot" many times in the old days. Nearby you can find many rustic areas. This area is well worth the trip here!
