En vous rendant sur les hauteurs de Saint Etienne de Chigny, au lieu-dit Le Pot-au-Beurre, vous pourrez observer les ruines d’un ancien moulin à vent. Le corps principal est encore debout, sur lequel une maison a été peinte avec un ostensoir en son centre et la date de 1739. Le moulin a perdu ses ailes à toiles et sa queue d’orientation en 1811, et son toit plus tard (date non trouvée).

Recommandations : Prévoir un stylo. Le moulin est en bord de route, sans place de stationnement. Attention aux enfants en faisant cette cache en drive-in.

When going to the heights of Saint Etienne de Chigny, at a place called Le Pot-au-Beurre, you can see the ruins of an old windmill. The main body is still standing, on which a house was painted with a monstrance in its center and the date of 1739. The mill lost its wings and its orientation tail in 1811, and its roof later (date not found).

Recommendations: Bring your own pen. The mill is on the side of the road, without parking space. Watch out for the kids by doing this drive-in cache.
