Do you have a mentor? If you have some experience, have you ever offered to mentor a newcomer to the hobby? When I began caching, there was lots to learn and no one I knew was geocaching. After failing to find some "easy" geocaches, I figured it was time to seek some help. I sent a message to a person who had hidden one locally, and he agreed to ride with me around town to help find a few. Suddenly that light pole became a hiding place with a cover that could be slid off easily to reveal a pill bottle, and "LPC" gained new meaning. And later, when an "old timer" took a 2-day geocaching trip with me--WOW! There's nothing like hanging out with an experienced geocacher to learn the ropes; you make new friends you can call on and realize quickly how important they are to this game. If you haven't done so, try to tag along with one of these "pros". And if you are one of the more experienced cachers, make it a point to take a newby under your wing, if only for a short time. By the way, I have listed the "may require wading" attribute on most of this trail, but in dry weather, most of the containers can be reached without boots. The terrain level generally will give you a clue as to which ones fit in that category.
Permission has been granted by the proper authorities for the placement of these caches. Be careful and pull well off the pavement before you exit your vehicle. This one should be quick and easy for you, unlike some along this trail. I have left some goodies and a couple of tradable tokens in the container. BYOP, since this one did not have room for it.
