Kings Bay Trail #27 Traditional Cache
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
When you find a cache and log it, do you make any thoughtful comments, or do you just note a short TFTC and move on? When you are following a trail like this one, it may not make sense to write a novel about each cache, and copying previous logs for each find is certainly more efficient. But the CO is interested in any specific comments you might have, and subsequent searchers often benefit from those comments. Already on the day this one was submitted, an experienced cacher has logged another one on the trail with the comment that a zip tie might be considered to keep that one from floating off. As you can imagine, that one was in some water, and I will be paying attention to that idea. I thought it was surrounded by enough brush to keep from floating away now, but what about the next long period of heavy rainfall? I will certainly keep a look on this one, and appreciate the suggestion. And your comments are always appreciated on every cache.
Permission has been granted by the proper authorities for the placement of these caches. Be careful and pull well off the pavement.
This one is a very small paint-camouflaged jar, and like most of the ones on the trail, near the outer edge of the right-of-way. Pay attention to the attributes, and you will be better prepared to reach it. BYOP.
