MORAY ROADSIDE SERIES CONUNDRUMS SECRET BOX No4 Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

xbeccax: Unfortunately Additional Logging Requirements are not allowed with Traditional caches, unless optional. The whole point of this series was a mental challenge, for those who chose to give it ago, and I required the boxes to be opened and closed to fulfil a successful claim. The difficulty rating was not for finding, but the success with the box, and even then I reduced the value as I know the Internet is used by most, and I call that "modern day cheating". Once again defeating the whole point of the challenge and achievement. I do not believe in just putting out caches for "The Numbers"! Caching should be fun, interesting, educational and different, Regards Anthony

Geocache Description:

Men At Work ROAD WORKS ON THE A96 CAUSING INCREASED VOLUME OF TRAFFIC ON THIS ROAD- PLEASE BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS

Roadside caches, not always a favourite, and quite commonly used for speed (Cache and Dash (C&D)), normally have limited options.  Ensuring the safety of our fellow geocaches, we tend to opt for Layby’s, Passing places, Gateways, Grass Verges and access roads. To avoid, if any, rubbish left by the “Litter Bugs”, the cache may be a little walk away?

This series is intended for those who like a mental challenge?  The cache should not be too difficult to locate, however opening the box to sign the log maybe??

DVD

The term DVD is an acronym for Digital Versatile Disc or Digital Video Disc, and it refers to a type of optical disc used for storing information. DVD’s were once extremely popular; however, technology has moved on and we now have Memory Sticks, external hard drives, and on-line streaming etc.

We have used DVD’s for:

            Films, music, photographs.

            Storing data for a computers.

            Computer Software/Games.

            Wind Chimes.

            Bird Scarers.

            Coasters.

The movie Twister became the first feature film put on DVD on March 25 1996

DVD’s can store approximately seven times more information than a CD and uses a RED laser.

Blue-ray DVD’s can store approximately six times more information than a DVD and uses a BLUE laser.

You will require a "SPECIAL TOOL" to open the tray?

You do not need a HAMMER!

Please sign the disc.
