Mirror Lake is a nice little swimming hole in the summer and a nice place to walk around in the winter.
The cache is located on the far side of the lake, near a rope swing for those more adventurous folk.
In the summer you can swim or paddle across the lake to the cache. It is also accesible year-round via walking trails starting at the alternative parking spot.
