Closed Captioning is the transcription or translation of the dialogue on a television or a video screen when sound is available but not understood by the viewer. CC may capture the on-screen dialogue (either verbatim or in edited form), as well as described sound effects, musical cues, and other relevant audio information. Closed captions were originally created for those with hearing loss but can also be used as a tool by those learning to read or learning to speak a non-native language, or even when the audio is simply muted in areas where sound cannot or should not be broadcast.

The posted coordinates are for the trailhead with the most direct route to the cache and is a good place to park. (Or you may continue north along Cass to the end of the street and park in the Caron Park parking lot instead).

Detailed attributes to enhance your caching experience: The cache is a winter-friendly camo'd larger pill bottle. Dogs and bikes are allowed. Stealth is required as you may encounter lots of families, dog-walkers and disc golfers using the park. This cache is family-friendly, but not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Light bushwhacking is required. Poison plants, burrs, ticks and mosquitos may be present. Scenic views of the river. Area has historical significance. The cache is available 24/7, but not recommended at night. There is parking near the posted coordinates or you may continue north along Cass to the end of the street and park in the Caron Park parking lot instead (near the historic Caron House).
