Geocache Description:

I wanted to have my first hides in my home town of Berkeley. So, I did some research and discovered that Berkeley has had 3 train stations. since it was founded in 1835; incorporated in 1924. This is the fifth last in a series of train related caches. This is the far end of second site of the Berkeley Stop for the Chicago Aurora and Elgin train established in 1902. With the construction of the I-294 expressway the the CA&E was terminated in 1957. Cache host is a pvc tube. Finding the host will not be a problem. You have several options to obtain the log, fishing, swimming or use your imagination. All require removal of the host cover. PLEASE put the cover back when completed. No need to make it tight. You must sign the log to get credit for this cache. The cache container cover needs to put on tightly though, and returned to the host WHITE SIDE UP PLEASE to enable the fishing option. This site is near the prairie path and can be a high muggle area, both adult and little ones.
