Geocache Description:

This multi should take about an hour to complete. It is one of two multi caches that both share common stops. They are Micmac Multi #1 (GC81AX7) and Micmac Multi #2 (GC81N2C). You should be able to work on both together, but they do not have to be done together. You can do one today, and you can do the other tomorrow. You will have to gather info at each stage to obtain final coordinates for each multi. The info required at each stop for this multi might not be the same info required at each stop for the other multi. There will be a fairly simple bushwhack involved to get to the final for each multi of less than 100 meters each. Visit the waypoints to gather the necessary info to find the final. Bring a writing device to sign the logbook. Enjoy the hunt, the trails, and the smiley!

Posted Coordinates = Parking area

Stage 1 = Trailhead

Stage 2 = (A) On this sign there is a three digit civic number. Observe the second digit. It will be the value for (A).

Stage 3 = (B) On this sign you will see one or more arrows. Observe the total number of arrows on this sign. The total number of arrows will be the value for (B).

Stage 4 = (C) Have a look at this concrete building. Not including the roof or the entrance, count the total number of walls. The correct answer rhymes with ski. The answer is the value of (C).

Stage 5 = (D) and (E) Here you will see a fence. Not including the first or last post, count how many vertical posts there are in this fence. Take your answer and spell the number in the form of a word. How many letters are there in this word? This answer will be the value for (D). Count how many horizontal railings there are in any section of this fence. Your answer will be a single digit number. This is the value for (E).

Stage 6 = (F) Here you will see a sign attached to the railing of the the bridge. Count the number of fish represented on the sign. When you spell the number in the form of a word how many letters are there in this word? This will be the value for (F).

Stage 7 = (G) and (H) Here you will see a lamp post. Count the number of bolts that hold the lamp post down into the concrete. This is the value for (G). Also on the lamp post is a lock. It is on the north facing side of the post. How many letters are there in the name of the lock manufacturer? This is the value for (H).

Stage 8 = (I) and (J) Standing on the trail you will see a highway sign a few meters away. Take the last digit in the highway number and divide it by 2. This will be the value for (I). Take the first two digits of the highway number and subtract the third digit from the first two. This will be the value for (J). (ie: If the sign says 123 then you would solve the following equation: 12-3)

Stage 9 = (K) On this trail map sign you will observe a word in bottom left section of the sign. It is the name of a city. Focus on the first letter in the name of the city. If A=1 and Z=26, what number does the first letter in the name of the city represent? This is the value for (K).

Stage 10 = (L) At this stop you will see an 8 foot tall post. How many sides does the post have? It will be the value for (L).

Stage 11 = (M) and (N) and (P) At this stage you should be on top of a manhole or very close to it. How many square holes are there in the manhole cover? This will be the value for (M). How many round holes are there in the manhole cover? This will be the value of (N). Count the number of square holes in the manhole cover again and divide it by 2. This is the value for (P).

The final will be located here:
North GM LB.IKA West NHC JE.DFP

Checksum for all Northing numbers = 31
Checksum for all Westing numbers = 26
