THE GEOCACHE is a two inch (5cm) long, coloured metal tubular container, fixed on the wall side of the tree stump, towards the left end of the wall, at the top of an embankment, just off a public footpath. There is a log roll in a plastic bag, but no room for anything else so please bring your own pen or pencil. There is a seat and bus stops close by, so beware of muggles. Approach from the road end of the wall near the big sign, but beware of muggles in the vets. It might be slippery and muddy in wet weather, so wellies are recommended.
THE VENUE for the BL series is a family friendly loop around Bursledon and Lowford. Some sections are road walks so beware of traffic especially in short sections with no path, and other sections are countryside paths some of which can get very muddy in wet weather, so wellies are recommended, but check the individual cache listings if not doing the full loop.
