Trusty geodog and I were out in the rain this morning, checking on and replacing some caches. I noticed that there was an interesting area here, with a little pond and lots of trees. jag44 had a cache near here for awhile. I wanted to put this cache close to the pond, but Tilly noted the sticker bushes and nixed that idea. We found a better spot, close to the woods but free of thorns and other summer bothers. Ths pond is likely very noisy in the Spring and early Summer. Check it out if you are inclined. The pond is in the trees, not inside the fence. The only thing in the fence seems to be a grassy depression.
This should be a slightly challenging find for experienced cachers, but not overly taxing. GZ is shady year round. Check for ticks in the summer, but generally that will not be an issue. Bloodthirsty insects looking for prey could be present in the warmer months.
Some stealth may be needed. Container is large enough for small TBs and SWAG. Unactivated TB for FTF. The bison tube holds the log, so please replace that as found.
Congratulations to lostsole68 and DadTwins for co-FTF.
