I'm sure many boats have been locked here. Back in the day, many would of the boarts that were locked here would have been loaed with goods that were being transported up and down the river.
Lock 2 is a scenic location on the Murray River.
The location can be accessed between 8am and 4:30pm (the hours that the lock operates) and bay be able to be accessed outside of these hours.
The lock is not open on xmas day.
