This cache is located along a seldom-used park in Portsmouth. Its hiding spot is the same as the final of a Rick Dorsey puzzle called "Tour of Portsmouth -- The Amazing Race." Rick moved out of state in 2016, but we had been doing periodical checks of his Tour of Portsmouth series. Eventually the series was archived and he told us to use any and all of his old spots over time. Took a bit, but we are finally utilizing the final location of the Amazing Race puzzle. As was the case with another cache at a right-of-way, we decided to keep the name similar to let the spirit of the puzzle live on.
The hiding spot should be obvious and is handicap accessible. Keep in mind this is a residential area so be respectful of neighboring properties. Hope you enjoy.
