Nanmen Park is a great place to take a walk and have a nice picnic next to a water fountain that used to be a fire hydrant. You can also visit the small museum at the park. The museum shows exhibitions about the history of Taiwan's camphor industry. The museum is not free, but the cache is located outside the museum. In 1922, the Taiwan government included alcohol, cigarettes, wine, opium, salt, camphor, matches, weights and measurements, petroleum in its monopoly system. Please come during this time to find the cache. Also, there is a farmers’market on the weekends.
