The cache is NOT at the post office coordinates. You will need to solve the puzzle for FOURTEEN digits to find the physical container, which is at NXX XX.X0X, WXXX XX.XXX. You will need to go "into" the base of the bush to retrieve the container, which is not hard to spot. And as I constructed the puzzle, my memory couldn't help but get "into" GC2365R, one of my favorite creations.
