Columbia Beach is a beautiful location situated in Oceanside between Parksville and Qualicum Beach. There are beautiful sunsets seen from this particular spot. Nearby, bald eagles keep watch on the shoreline from their nest while sea lions and seals cruise by off shore. It’s a wonderful spot. The cache is a small plastic container, located near a public beach access at end of a short trail (<100m).
Look for the eagle’s nest down the trail near the path’s t-junction with the street access. Cache can be accessed from the beach (when tide is out) or if driving, biking or walking, from the path entrance at the junction of Admiral Tryon and Dalmatian Drive.
