WARNINGS:
- Gun hunting for deer is usually the first 2 full weeks in November. Bow hunting is from October to December. You may be better off to come earlier, or later. Wear blaze orange if you do decide to do come during the season (heck if you have it, it can't hurt to wear it any time you explore the forests...)
- Come mentally and physically prepared for a 4-5km walk if you intend to find this cache and all the nearby ones...
An Autobot was captured by a demented Decepticon that was obsessed with torturing his victims just like in the Saw movie series. While saying "Do you wanna play a game?", he strapped a neck brace around the Autobot's neck that is armed with a bomb. If the Autobot can solve a riddle, the neck brace will disarm and unlock, allowing him to remove it safely. (Rumors are that in addition to enjoying the Saw movies, the Decepticon likes to geocache in his spare time, and often gets inspiration from buddysally puzzle caches... he doesn't want other Decepticons to know this though...)
The Autobot was shown a map of one of the floors of the demented Decepticon's 'Torture Warehouse'. This floor consists of 5x4 adjacent rooms, for a total of 20 rooms. The Autobot will be given 20 RFID chips, each labeled 1 through 20. He is to choose his starting room, after which he must place the RFID chip labeled 1 in a RFID chip reader that is inside the room. Every room has an RFID chip reader in it. He is to then go to an adjacent room (this means he cannot directly go to a room that is in a diagonal position to the room he is in); when he moves to the next room he must then place the RFID chip labelled 2 in the RFID chip reader. He must continue doing this until he has placed all 20 RFID chips. If he misplaces the RFID chips, such as putting one that is labelled 3 in his 2nd room, the bomb around his neck will explode. Additionally, the bomb will explode if at any point he enters a room that already has an RFID chip in it, or if he fails to place all 20 chips.
The difficult part is that 3 of the rooms have the Autobot symbol painted on the floor in blood. If the sum of the RFID chip numbers of each of these 3 rooms do not add up to 12, then the bomb around his neck will also explode.
Because the Decepticon was sure that the Autobot would not escape, he even promised to reveal the location of the Energon Cube that he stole. He used bodily fluids from his previous victims (ex: oil) to write the letters A through F in some of the rooms. He told the Autobot that the Energon Cube can be found at: N 45° 19.ABC' W 76° 7.DEF', which is at the location of a long forgotten Autobot Hideout. The Decepticon also mentioned that the digital root should always be used when considering the numbers found in the A-F rooms
Here is the picture that was shown to the Autobot before he was placed in the room of his choice:
Much to the Decepticons disbelief, a few hours later the Autobot escaped the warehouse unharmed. He sent a broadcast out to his fellow Autobots about this encounter, describing the location of the Energon Cube... but suggested they leave it where it was in case it is another trap.
