Tree planting around the woodland edge 10:00 – 12:00
Friday 18th January
Parking: Suggested parking is in the car park at the provided coords, there is a footbridge to take you over to Horsbere. Or if there is space you can park by the gates leading in to the brook.
Where: We will meet in the woodland by the pylons (published co-ordinates).
What: We will be planting some extra trees around the woodland edge.
How: Felicity the Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance and any tools and gloves needed. Please bring your own gloves if you prefer and a spade if you have one.
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.They will introduce the session and do the health and safety brief prior to work commencing. Children will need supervision and pets kept under control.
