When a car smashed through the window of the seafood resturaunt here in December 2017, it was the third such incident at Cherry Hill Plaza. The owner responded by installing bollards in front of each parking space. Bollards are vertical posts, often made of concrete, used to block vehicles.
The problem with concrete posts is that they can be a bit ugly. Before these were installed at Cherry Hill, the owner needed to have conversations with the Town Planning Board about the aesthetics. They even hired an architectural firm to come up with the design.
But did you know that there may have been bollards on this property before all of this hullabaloo? Well... that depends on your definition of bollard.
For the purposes of this cache, we're going to say that to be a bollard, you've got to be both sturdy and relatively attractive. The name of this cache is a cheeky reference to a 1990's song by Skee-Lo, but it also implies that it's hidden in what is not quite a bollard. Only one of two bollardological elements are present.
WARNING: Avoid looking for this cache at night. There is a dangerous drop-off nearby in a place where you wouldn't expect. Even during the day, be aware of your surroundings. Cache at your own risk and be careful.
Oh,and fyi: the snow plow tends to block access to this cache.
