It's SuperBowl Sunday: And what's the biggest game in town?
The SuperBowl TB Race 2019!
Ok, so apparently in Atlanta it will be the 53rd installment of a bunch of guys in tight pants fighting over what was traditionally an inflated pigskin. Here, we are fortunately much more refined. We will arrive at a local coffee shop at 11AM to 12PM (we are refined enough to not get up too early), and we will bring a travel bug with zero miles on it, to race for one calendar year against all other challengers. Please do not check your racing bugs in to the inventory for this event, just bring them along. Cache the Bayman!, the event's organizer, will take them from here to a popular winter friendly hide to begin the race.
If you do not have an unactivated TB, contact Walter Butler (geocaching name: "wb3 (walterbutler3)") and he will be able to assist you.
Half time entertainment will be provided by... ScoutrP! He will wear his best glitter-infused purple vinyl bodysuit, lip-synching all of his greatest hits such as "Like a Virgin (Found the Cache for the Very First Time)", "All About that Bass (No Nanos, No Nanos), and "Killing Me Softly (with his Log)" *
So: Come one, come all! BYOB! (Bring your own bug!) Come have some fun with fellow cachers, and try your luck in the race!
* If you are bothered by the spectre of a certain moustached dude gyrating to music in tight clothing, then please advise the CO in your comments, and we may quite possibly be able to arrange alternate entertainment during the half time show. We understand. It's ok.
