Fun and Frolics Camping Weekend!

If you have previously attended one of our camping events, then you know what's in store. If you haven't been before, come along, let your hair down and enjoy a weekend of socialising, caching, camping and plenty of fun.

After the success of the two previous events, we have outgrown the campsite above Holmfirth, so I have booked a rally field in Cheshire!

Location

The Rally Field is in a beautiful location, very private, surrounded by fields and trees with a small stream running along one edge. Dogs are welcome, and there is even an on-site dog walk.

Also on site is a Marquee with solid flooring and electricity, tables and chairs.

Facilities

The rally field is big enough for 60 units, with an additional field available should the event prove even more popular.

There is a limited amount of EHU. EHU is on a first booked/paid first served basis, it's the only fair way I can do it. £15 per night with EHU, £12 per night without EHU. Unfortunately, the use of EHU splitters is not permitted. You’ll only need EHU to keep your wine and beer cool, I’ll have room in my fridge if you need ;)

There are toilets and water points in the rally field.

The nearest supermarkets are a couple of miles away in Alderley Edge.

Friday Night

Friday night is quiz night!  Time to get the old brain cells working.

 Meet up in the marquee for drinks and chat. Catch up with cachers you haven't seen all year.

Day visitors welcome from 6pm onwards.

Bring your Ukuleles.

　Saturday Night

Dust off your 'I Love The 80's' t-shirts. Get your rah-rah skirts and leg warmers ready because Saturday Night is 80's Disco night!

If you were at the Yorkshire Mega 2018 for the 80's Disco, you'll know what a fantastic night it was! I have never seen so many people up and dancing at a Mega, from the first song until the last, the dancefloor was full. So, back by popular demand is DJ Phil! Phil's music, sound system and lights made the Mega Disco such a success and a brilliant night.

Somewhere, in and amongst all this, will be a raffle, and I'm sure I will rope some of you into my party games!

Payment is by bank transfer only. Please use your caching name as the reference.

Your pitch will only be secured once your payment has been received.  Only logging a 'will attend'  will not secure your pitch booking.
