Day SIX - Government Shut-Down 2018/2019
Another day under a partial federal government shutdown. Another EZ cache.
Today 1/3/18, marks the sixth day when many feds are furloughed on what would ordinarily be a work day. So, in our cache series accounting - this is DAY SIX..!!
As with the shut-down in 2013, we hope to keep the local (and not-so-local) cachers with some things to do. Also, like the cache series in 2013, don't expect any gee-whiz caches.. these are plain and simple caches only guaranteed to give you a smiley. They should all be EZ. Enjoy!
Those that are on furlough are legally prohibited from doing ANY official work or using our federal electronic devices, as those activities commit the government to spending money. So, in the spirit of “doing nothing,” many of these caches involve recycled containers, recycled logs and baggies, and often recycled coordinates.
