Geocache Description:


Welcome to the Hastings Campbellford Rail Trail !  This geocache is a traditional cache placed on the rail trail just west end of the Compass Rose GeoArt. The trail is a little used gravel trail for snowmobiling (with a permit), hiking, walking dogs, skiing, biking, and riding horses. In some sections it's a little bumpy on a bike, but still manageable.  Enjoy the lovely scenery along this section of the trail, by the Trent River. 

While we were placing this geocache, a flock of white swans flew overhead.

Maybe you will see some wildife along the trail.
