Knott's Berry Farm was the first themed park and opened in 1928 as Knott's Berry Place. Renamed in 1947. Thanks to Walter and Cordelia Knott for this trip back to the wild, wild west! Admission is charged but often there is a short visiting period that's free. Most do the cache while the kids are on the rides. Check at the ticket booth or with customer service. Sheri was very helpful getting me into the park to replace the stops that have been demolished by progress.
This is a VIRTUAL CACHE, there is NO Container. This is a fun, historical diversion if you are already inside the park and the kids are on a roller coaster. Have a great time re-living our Old West History while the kin are enjoy the newest thrill rides!
Even with several different stops, they are all in one loop and you will be able to do some of these even without the coordinates. God Bless you as you slip back to gentler, simpler historic times for a few minutes with your family and your GPSr!
