We have made many caching friends around the world. A great way to meet other cachers is at events. Often these other cachers we met also helped us find some caches in their country. Not only that, we have had the opportunity to experience different cultures and see many things.
The Challenge is to attend events in at least 4 different Countries. (US may be one of those 4). All event types allowed by Geocaching are allowed (Event, Mega Event, Giga Event, CITO, Block Party etc.).
Note: Final cache is a P&G – Difficulty rating is based on distance you must travel to attend these events in 4 countries.
For those folks who care about such things we have attended events in 10 Countries (Australia, Canada, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Mexico, New Zealand and Sweden).Nov 2019 update, We have now attended event in 14 countries adding Italy, Vatican City, Greece, and Croatia.
To document qualification for this challenge, please provide, GC#, date attended and Country. (or of course output from challenge checker is acceptable.
We don’t want anyone to strike out and DNF on the final after accomplishing the challenge. If you contact us when you are coming to attempt final, we can verify cache is present and maybe even join you to celebrate completing this difficult challenge.
