Geocache Description:

Have you been following the Kings Bay saga?  Here we are with cache number 63 on the trail, and the story continues.  Now for installment number 6:  After the required environmental impact study the final announcement came in 1980; the Tridents' East Coast base would be at Kings Bay, in Camden County, Georgia. Thus began the largest peacetime Navy construction program ever undertaken in the U.S. The $1.3 billion project took nine years to complete, but that pales in comparison with the estimated cost of $1 billion to build each of the Trident, SSBN, submarines. The first Trident arrived in 1989, and at the peak in 1997 the base was home to 10 of them.

Permission has been granted by the proper authorities for the placement of these caches.  Be careful and pull well off the pavement.    BYOP.

This one is a paint-camoed shaving soap container.
