Geocache Description:

I had been eyeing off this location for a while, wondering what to put here. For Christmas this year my GeoKids got me some caching items, including the container placed here. After an eventful morning, I took the youngest for a drive in the car to get a nap into him before we did it all over again for dinner. Upon driving past this spot it occurred to me that this could easily be the typical setting for an Aussie Xmas. It's out of the 'burbs, there's room for the kids to play and to me seemed an idyllic setting for a family Xmas lunch, straya style.... Stick a totem tennis pole in the ground for the kids, crank up the weber kettle and make sure there's plenty of ice in the esky. Out this way is where our family collected fallen pinecones, gumnuts and other bits and pieces of native vegetation to build the centerpiece for our own Aussie Xmas, albeit of the suburban variety, under the patio in the backyard, followed by a swim in the pool after lunch.

Congrats to all of the following for joint FTF:

Fox_Girl
AlphaDeltaIndigo
Neville_devil
widejo
Sims_family
n0w0rries
AusFox;
Bushfire

 Whilst this can be a park and grab, at this location is shady grassed areas, a playground, a tennis court, a BBQ and table. Feel free to hang around and enjoy the peace and quiet for a while/let's the GeoKids have a play on the playground

So with all that in mind, I decided to place one of my Xmas gifts here, on Xmas day. How good is Xmas in Australia.....
