1. This CARW2019 cache will be published about 6:00 pm on Thursday, February 21, 2019.
2. This cache has been placed for the CARW event with the intention that it not be located prior to 9:00 a.m.Saturday, February 23, 2019. The caches for the CARW event are released early so that the geocaching community has an opportunity to plan their routes and strategies prior to the event start.
3. Should you hunt and find this cache before the event start, it will not count for the event, and FTF points are only valid as of 9:00 AM March 3rd.
This is part one of a two-part series based off MGM's 1967 war movie "The Dirty Dozen." Each cache is named after a character from the movie.
My intention for the first part of this series is to have winter friendly-ish caches suitable for CARW2019. Each of the "NOT SO Dirty 6" has been placed with larger containers and WILL require much less effort to find than the second part of the Dirty Dozen series, hence the name "The NOT SO Dirty 6".
The Second half of the "Dirty Dozen series "The Dirtier Six" will require much more effort to find and will be published sometime in the near future.
