The cache container is located at the posted coordinates. However, you cannot log a find on this cache unless you have logged caches to complete the guidelines of the challenge.
The Difficulty is based on the challenge involved in genuinely meeting the requirements of this challenge cache. The Terrain is the cache itself.
In order to log a find, you must have found at least 500 caches with the Scenic View Attribute.
