Nice looking cover bridge.. The 507 acre was established in 1971. The park is just within the Austin city limits. It features restored and remnant prairie, hardwood forests, wetlands, and meandering streams. As you hike through the different trails (7 miles worth all total), there are Deer, Mink, Raccoons, Salamanders, Birds and other native wildlife for your viewing pleasure. The Watch Tower provides an excellent view of some of these trails and prairies.
This is usually heavy traffic area, so beware of mugglers.
